Solid Label & Packaging is a family-owned business, independently operated and rooted in our local community. We are not controlled by private equity, venture capital, or a distant corporate office making decisions from hundreds of miles away. The choices we make are guided by what is best for our customers and partners — not by quarterly pressure from corporate headquarters.
We believe business is built on relationships. When I graduated high school, my grandfather told me, “Degrees are valuable, but the relationships you build with the people you work with matter even more.” That philosophy still guides us today. Our team is made up of everyday people who live in this community — we shop in the same stores, attend the same local events, and support the same schools.
